If you subscribe to Ethos and aren't satisfied within the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked. Email us at hello@ethosapp.us with your account email and we'll process your refund promptly.
After the initial 30-day period, refunds are issued at our discretion. We handle each case individually and will always do our best to find a fair resolution. If you've had an issue with the service, tell us — we'd rather fix the problem than lose a customer.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll retain access to your tools until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless you're within the 30-day window.
